rental rules: Before making your reservation, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules to follow in order to ensure that our chalets are the right place for your holiday.

SCHEDULE
Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures must be made no later than 11:00
The tenant agrees to respect the schedule.
Failure to respect the departure time will incur a fee for each successive hour.
No compensation and/or refund will be granted to the tenant for late arrival, early departure and/or date error on the part of the tenant
THE COTTAGE IS SMOKE-FREE
All types of smoke are prohibited in our cottages
Any additional cleaning costs related to the presence of smoke odors or traces of cigarettes, will be automatically deducted from the security deposit
TENANT COMMITMENT
The main tenant must be 25 years of age or older and be present during the stay.
The tenant may not assign his rights or sublet the immovable.
The tenant is responsible for the actions of any other person on the rental premises. Only registered guests who are included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the cottage.
The tenant must notify the landlord as soon as the tenant becomes aware of a defect and/or a breakdown of equipment, furniture and the building. Any abusive use or not attributable to normal wear and tear of the building or the property lining it causing stains, breakage or defect will be repaired or replaced entirely at the expense of the tenant.
The number of occupants mentioned when signing the contract must be respected. The tenant can not receive other additional visitor that will not be indicated when booking.
RESPECT FOR PLACES AND NEIGHBORHOODS
At all times, the tenant and his guests agree to respect the premises and the neighborhood by adopting reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb the neighbors and residents of the area.
At all times, an acceptable noise level must be observed, both indoors and outdoors. Between 22:00 and 07:00 noise must be kept to a minimum.
The tenant agrees to respect the rented premises and to restore them in the same condition as on arrival.
The furniture and objects at the disposal of the tenant must be treated with care and used only for the purpose for which they are intended.
Fireworks are prohibited at all times.
It is prohibited to make fires on the ground other than in the outdoor location provided for this purpose. The spark shield must remain closed at all times. It is forbidden to put anything other than coal that you have bought. You must respect a small amount of wood at a time. The fire should be completely extinguished if left unattended. The fire must be under the constant supervision of an adult. Do not make fires when the wind velocity exceeds 30 km/h.
It is forbidden to hold parties and gatherings of all kinds.
It is strictly forbidden to set up a tent or trailer on the grounds.
It is important to always supervise your children as fires, swimming pool and lake nearby.
It is forbidden to enter the shed.
Warning: cottages may be equipped with outdoor cameras and/or a decibel monitoring system. They do not record any sound or conversation and no images but monitor the decibel level and send alerts if the level exceeds a certain threshold or if the system is disabled. Disabling these systems will involve holding the security deposit in full.
Tenants who do not respect the premises or disturb several times will be required to leave the premises without refund.
INTERIOR OF THE CHALET
Whenever possible, it is best to circulate in the cottage without shoes.
It is important to always keep the exterior doors of the home closed.
It is important to make sure that the windows of the cottage will be closed during rain or your absence.
We ask that you do not use the cozy for the night out of respect for other visitors.
It is strictly forbidden to put any item that may burn surfaces on the counters and kitchen island.
You are responsible for placing placemats, tablecloths, coasters or coasters on the dining table as well as on the coffee tables.
In the toilet, only toilet paper should be disposed of. (No pads, tampons, wipes, condoms, etc.) And nothing should be thrown into the sinks and bathtub. If these items clog the pipes, you will have to pay the plumber's bill and repairs to the damage.
Garbage must not be accumulated inside the cottage.
INDOOR FIREPLACE
You must ensure that no indoor fireplace is active while you are away. You have the obligation to be present during the fires.
The spark shield must remain closed at all times when there is a fire, even when you leave.
The fire must be under the constant supervision of an adult.
It is forbidden to put anything other than the wood you have bought in the fireplace.
You must respect small amount of wood at a time in the fireplace.
BBQ
It is important to prepare the BBQ only outside and in the indicated place. The BBQ is functional only with coals that you must provide.
YOUR DEPARTURE
The tenant must leave the premises, cottage, land, furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival and in its initial place.
. In order to offer a memorable stay to guests who will enter after you, we allocate a fixed time with our cleaning team. If their cleaning time should exceed since the cottage would be in poor condition, or too dirty, a supplement will be deducted from the security deposit.
Turning on the dishwasher
Empty garbage cans and place them in the bin outside
Place your soiled towels and tablecloth use in the dirty laundry basket
Use the broom to pick up any damage
You make sure that the fireplace is completely extinguished and close its door
You make sure that the windows are securely closed and that the front door is securely locked
A supplement will be deducted from the tenant's security deposit if the landlord finds that the cleanliness of the cottage is considered dissatisfied.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The tenant agrees to release the landlord from any liability for obligations, loss, theft or damage resulting from harm or injury caused or suffered on the premises rented by the tenant, by the occupants or by the guests, or resulting from the lack of care, negligence or misconduct of the persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premises. The owner will not be held responsible for medical expenses or any other obligations for damage or injury sustained on the premises.
The cottage is rented for vacation purposes only and does not constitute a lease of accommodation within the meaning of the Act respecting the Régie du logement.
The tenant agrees to comply with these rental regulations. Failure to follow one or more rules will result in a penalty on your security deposit. If additional measures need to be taken, we will take the necessary steps.
